In a series of channeled messages received by a
Washington DC attorney in the early years of the last century, a spirit
claiming to be Jesus of Nazareth delivered what he said were his true
teachings – teachings which he said are not accurately conveyed in existing
texts of the Bible. While the entire topic of spirit communication
frequently provokes strong responses (ranging from fascination to skepticism to
aversion), what’s most noteable about these messages is not their claimed
source, but their contents. Wherever they came from, they present a unique
interpretation of the life and teachings of Jesus – an interpretation which
